In my side marker lights shall be used on my shiny black car paint must follow one course or not? and yes OK to do in my situation.

Why did you paint the side markers? Do you mean the paint on the lens, a dye?
If you plan to black in color, it's a good idea to cover it clear that, after a contribution to give a beautiful shine and get the life of color.
